1. Delivery of Templates

  1. All Templates purchased on this website are digital products and are delivered electronically.
  2. Upon successful payment, the Client will receive:
    • A download link via the email address provided during checkout, or
    • Access via the Client’s secure account on the website.
  3. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that:
    • The correct email address is provided.
    • The system used for download (device, network, software) is compatible.
  4. Delivery is considered complete when the download link is made available or the file is successfully accessed by the Client.

2. Fees and Payment

  1. All fees are displayed clearly at checkout, inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated.
  2. Payment must be received in full before any Template is delivered.

3. Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable:
    • Fees paid for Templates are non-refundable once the Template has been delivered, unless the product description explicitly states otherwise.
    • “Delivery” occurs the moment a download link is provided or the Template file is made accessible.
  2. Exceptional Circumstances:
    • Refunds may only be issued at the sole discretion of the Provider, and only if:
      • The Template is materially defective (e.g., file corrupted or missing essential elements).
      • The Client contacts the Provider within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing proof of purchase and evidence of the defect.
    • If a refund is issued, it will be limited to the amount paid for the affected Template.
  3. No Other Refunds:
    • Changes of mind, technical incompatibility, or misunderstanding of the product content do not qualify for a refund.
    • Provider disclaims liability for any loss, cost, or damage resulting from downloading or using the Templates.

4. Replacement or Support for Defective Files

  • If a file is corrupted or unusable, the Provider may, at its discretion, provide:
    • A replacement file, or
    • Technical support to enable access.
  • Any replacement or support does not extend the refund period.

5. Limitations and Liability

  • Templates are provided “as-is” for information and drafting assistance only.
  • Provider is not liable for any regulatory, legal, or operational consequences arising from the Client’s use of the Templates.
  • The Client assumes full responsibility for adaptation, approval, and implementation of the Templates.

6. Amendments

  • Provider reserves the right to update this Refund & Delivery Policy at any time.
  • The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
